Andrew was willing to show us a number of houses that were spread out a good deal, which we appreciated. He also connected us with good people who made the process much smoother: several lenders, a wonderful inspector, and a great lawyer. He was easy to interact with for scheduling and negotiating, and helped us navigate the process as first-time home buyers. He wasn’t afraid to give us his opinion and share his expertise on the area, which was helpful for our decision-making process. We are very happy with the home we got. 

There aren’t enough stars available to express how much we valued having Andrew as our agent on the house we just closed on. Looking at properties can be so stressful (the six months we spent with other agents sure was), and working with Andrew makes it completely non-stressful. When something needed to get done, Andrew got it done. The only thing we that would have been better would have been if we had connected with him right off the bat instead of after six months of working with agents who were not nearly in his ballpark and who we neither had much confidence in nor enjoyed being in their presence. Andrew is genuine and straight forward. We felt right away we could trust his information and opinions. Our communications from him were timely, concise and friendly, as were his thoughtful responses to our dumb questions, which never made us feel as dumb as we know we are about these things. From seeing properties to making arrangements for anything that had to happen between making the bid to closing, we always felt he was helping us make it happen, and not only as fast as we could hope for but done properly, the right way, even if that wasn’t the easiest way for an agent.

My wife and I have worked with enough real estate agents in our time and Andrew was THE BEST we have ever, and was a pleasure to work with. To anyone who is looking for an agent in the Hudson/Catskills area that he covers, we can’t recommend Andrew highly enough.

Lastly, we feel he really helped us secure the home by thoughtfully advising us on what would be the best offer that worked for us and would also be appealing to the sellers. This was truly key we felt as with our previous broker, we were never able to lock in and get an offer accepted.
